Food was good but had limited options. Location was disappointing as the area was quite dusty, noisy and close to a national highway. Facilities were basic and not very impressive.

My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was given was extremely suffocating, and it took multiple requests before they agreed to change it. Sadly, the new room was no better—it lacked even the most basic standards of hygiene. The most disturbing part was witnessing the staff clean used cups in the toilet instead of replacing them. This is not just unsanitary, it's unacceptable. To top it off, they placed a sticker on my luggage that won’t come off, causing damage to the bag’s cover. This level of negligence and disregard for guest comfort is appalling. I strongly advise against staying here.

I was booked the hotel for 13 sep to 14 sep but I didn't know how you have booked my hotel for 10 hours After check in they are saying our booking is only for day. After that I have pay extra 500rs for night stay. From next time I will never book hotel from your side

The location is good, the decent hotel average food, Rooms are old few are stinky courteous staff. over all average hotel

I had a very pleasant stay. The amenities were very good, I was especially impressed with the alternate lighting facility during power cut. I would only say that food was bit expensive due to which I am unable to give a rating of 5/5. Rest is ok

Good location. Rooms are of good size and comfortable. Breakfast quality is below average. Hygiene is also poor. This has been a consistent issue and even after complaints there has been no improvement from the hotel.

It is a very good property with good staff. The food is really good and the rooms are very clean. I am looking forward to visiting again

The worst experience I had in this hotel everytime I visit.The AC was not working at all. I requested for one extra plate and the room service women asked me it will charge Rs.50 per plate. The water was too smelly.

Clean Rooms , Nice Staff. Over all a good experience. The location of the hotel is very much near to the local markets.

My personal review 1. Check in- Despite being a delay check in, Room was not ready& we have to wait for 1hr to get room. 2. Cleanliness & Hygiene- Diry room, toiletries missing, Improper cleaning.

We had a Comfortable stay. the staff was excellent - one of the best customer service at hotels seen lately . The proximity from airport and approach to city is good.
