MAIRA RESORT AND CONVENTION CENTER

I recently stayed at Maira Resort woth family and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was top-notch. The staff at the reception, especially Sumit and his team, were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make our check-in smooth and welcoming. The property itself is stunning—lush greenery, a beautifully maintained pool area, and an elegant convention center make it ideal for both leisure and events. Our room was spacious, impeccably clean, and came with all modern amenities. One of the highlights was the food! Every meal we had was absolutely delicious. The chef deserves a special mention for curating such a flavorful menu. The breakfast spread was generous, and we appreciated the variety of cuisines offered. We also enjoyed the on-site activities—perfect for a relaxed family vacation. The resort is child-friendly, well-secured, and offers excellent indoor and outdoor recreational facilities. Overall, Maira Resort is a perfect blend of luxury and warmth. Whether you're visiting for a family getaway, a wedding, or a corporate event, this place won’t disappoint. Highly recommended!

Location: best of the best in Raipur, lush green trees, expansive property and lots of facilities. Food: Above average but not bad. Please taste the food in small portions since the Idli in breakfast was definitely stale and not just fermented because idli is a staple for me back where I live In room facilities - some things may not work at times but nothing they'll not replace Staff: courteous, humble and educated. One even accompanied a child on table tennis because she didn't have any company, very cute 😂 Cleanliness: top of the line Suggestion: please ban the people who spit guthka in the property no matter what they are paying, I noticed one and I felt furious

RECEPTION AMBIENCE IS BEAUTIFUL. POOL SIDE DESIGN IS WONDERFUL. FOOD IS VERY DELICIOUS. ROOM IS VERY MUCH SPACIOUS. SO MANY ACTIVITIES TO DO WITH A LITTLE BIT ADDITIONAL CHARGES ONE CAN ENJOY ADVENTUROUS ACTIVITIES. OVERALL HIGHLIGHTER PROPERTY LOCATION IS EASY TO GET IN THE SERVICES IS MIND BLOWING. WHENEVER YOU NEED YOU FIND A PERSON TO HELP YOU WHAT I'LL SEE YOU NEED IN A NEW PLACE WHERE YOU WENT WITH YOUR FAMILY AND YOU FEEL SAFE AND HAPPY.

The property is excellent compared to other MAIRA RESORT AND CONVENTION CENTERs and resorts. There are plenty of activities to enjoy during the stay, and we truly had a great time. However, the checkout time of 10 AM felt a bit early, especially considering the check-in time is 2 PM. In most five-star properties across India, there is usually only a 2-hour gap between checkout and check-in times. This is the only dissatisfaction that I felt.

Excellent property. Delicious food. Very decent staff at restaurant. Very good option for weekend getaway with lots of options of games/sports including rock climbing, rope cycling, wave pool, etc. Location of swimming pool could have been at a better place, than existing in front of restaurant and lobby. Overall, very good and refreshing experience.

The staff at this MAIRA RESORT AND CONVENTION CENTER were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.The room was very spacious and comfortable .We also enjoyed delicious breakfast each morning and loved the location .They exceeded my expectations and provided excellent customer service.

everything is good but check in and check out time is bad breakfast Time is up to 10:30 but u hv to chckout at 10:00

Everything was good but the restaurant service was pretty slow , had to wait long for the order But the property, rooms and the location was beautiful Also they need to extend there buffet menu, limited quantity of food options were there
