Overall my experience was wonderful. The staff was very humble and sweet. Only at the time of checkout they were not able to manage the crowd due to which we were unanswered for our request to carry the luggage to their reception although we somehow managed on our own as we had very less luggage.

Intentionally providing the worst accomodation

There were only 2-3 rooms occupied in the resort and we were given the worst possible room without any view. Only the compound wall and pipes and cables were seen from the window. Rm no. 1505. The room allotted to us was the worst possible- without any view (only the back compound wall and cables and pipes) no. 1505. Though, there were only 2-3 rooms. Occupied in the entire resort.

Location: best of the best in Raipur, lush green trees, expansive property and lots of facilities. Food: Above average but not bad. Please taste the food in small portions since the Idli in breakfast was definitely stale and not just fermented because idli is a staple for me back where I live In room facilities - some things may not work at times but nothing they'll not replace Staff: courteous, humble and educated. One even accompanied a child on table tennis because she didn't have any company, very cute 😂 Cleanliness: top of the line Suggestion: please ban the people who spit guthka in the property no matter what they are paying, I noticed one and I felt furious
