Hotel Sudha Regency

Room and bathroom are clean, which is good. All the facilities are available. Response from Reception, room service, house keeping etc. are very good. The charges of food items are a little higher than usual. Over all it's good.

The hotel room were not good and all the furniture was broken and room were very dirty hotal was no maintenance in thr hotal

internet issue I found this issue in room bo network zone room. I am unable to find any network

I checked in at 4:00 pm and even in this cold weather we did not get hot water in the shower and the hotel staff was telling us that the water in the shower is heated only in the morning. It is a great shame that even after paying so well we stayed in a slum hotel.

Bed bugs and unhygienic room. I had a skin reaction, very bad experience. Bed sheet was not clean

I stayed here 2 times in last 10 days, both the times i was bound to change the room because the water was not available

Location was close to railway station. Food was descent. Fruit basket mentioned in amenities was missing and dental kit, comb packet was empty.

No hot water in the room they will bring by bucket from some were. Neatness average and especially they will provide a corner room for prepaid guests and which do not have sufficient ventilation and network.

The room was in bad shape, the receptionist was also misbehaving. Before entering the room he was saying u have to leave around 11 am instead of 12:00 pm as per my booking

By location hotel is best and food is also better but service is very poor with negligence. Amenities are very old and not properly maintained by staff. Front desk is very helping and caring nature just like gentleman. But room conditions, old fashioned ac, missing toiletries, using unhygienic and not proper cleaned room accessories.

Location is perfect, food quality is bad and expecting only veg but they stock raw material at same place for veg and non veg and cook in same kitchen. Amenities are quite poor. Automatic hot water service, room service, and housekeeping are very lazy. Rooms are not properly cleaned at time of check-in. Room was full of cigarette smell, there was no proper ventilation, cushions are very old and smelly. Wall painted is faint overall rating 2. 5 out of 5

Awesome location in the heart of the city, worth every penny, decent staff and tasty food. Just go with it
