businessWe have requested for early check-in by 9 but they keep us waiting at reception for more than 2 hours, they have allotted a room with a broken window lock after asking to shift from 11 o' clock they didn't shift our room and are also asking again and again that it's safe to stay with a broken lock. Also they shifted 1 room and when asked for another they are like we have already changed 1 room. As we were there for free stay. Terrible experience, not safe for females. Before check-in please check all the locks and windows are not broken.
