I had an overnight stay at the hotel. The staff is nice and helpful. Room was well maintained with all the necessary arrangements including electric kettle, teabag, milk powder and sugar sachet for tea. Bathrooms were also clean. Food is tasty and not pricey. I am sure all my future stays in raipur will be at hotel ambassador inn.

soloThe rooms are very dirty, and the receptionist doesn’t know anything. They will charge a hefty amount for laundry, and then they don’t provide you the receipt also. It was a terrible experience

Hello Ms Apurva, at the onset I would like to apologise for the issues faced by you during your stay at our hotel. It's not a kindly of experience we want our guests to have. Ma'am the rooms are serviced once daily and even more if desired by guests. You stayed at our hotel for 3 days and never complained about the room being dirty. Also the hefty amount mentioned by you is Rs 50 only and this is normal across all the hotels for laundry(including cleaning & pressing. The GST bill for laundry has been emailed to you in case it was not provieded to you at check-out. Kindly treat these matters as one off experience and provide us a chance to live up to your expectation.

Pretty good hotel well maintained by the way, value for money, definitely try their breakfast and coffee too. They have good parking space also. But i didn't like one thing the reception guys behaviour and his looks i don't want to mention his name but i didn't like how he treated us
