Hotel The Golden Oak Central by Citrus Prime

I had a wonderful stay at the property. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The facilities like Wi-Fi and room service worked smoothly. Overall, a great experience — I’d definitely recommend this place for a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

The first room they allotted me had a broken table. Then they shifted me to another room but the lift was also not available for that room as it was way inside their property. Also, they overcharged me for a water bottle, MRP was clearly visible on it(20 rupees) but they charged me 35 rupees with bill.

Only location is good property is not maintained room are spacious but not clean washroom also spacious but not maintained shower is not working properly water blogging is there. Breakfast buffet is not good air conditioner was not working in restaurant over all experience not good

The hotel was inside an abandoned mall. I didn't know this and was a little scared when I checked in. The rooms were not clean enough and had no windows. Though they had AC, the rooms were very stuffy. There were very few staff and they seemed overworked. The funniest part was though I had the idea that this was a 3-star property, it turned out to be an average place (not 3-star at all). The staff tried their best to cater to our needs (esp. the restaurant staff). The food was decent but again terribly overpriced. This hotel could do much better with a little more cleanliness. And yes, the hotel entrance is in the basement of an abandoned mall, so a little water had accumulated coz it rained quite heavily.

bed was comfortable but main drawback is bathroom fittings, washbasin pipe was leaking. shower handle was so tight to operate. Room good, room and bathroom cleanness is good, but major drawback was bathroom fittings. Washbasin pipe was leaking and shower handle was jammed.

it was a very useless experience ..he kept the glass at the same place which while opening the cubrd, he hit the glass and it broke..during check-out he told me that I do not have the TV remote, I paid for both the remote and the glass, be careful friend….now I will never go to that hotel

Stay was very comfortable.. me and my daughter were down with fever and had to stay completely in room for whole 2 days. we had no problem in hotel, the staff was very helpful and the food was really good. Thanks to Golden oak

The property and room was fine but the food was just too oily and awful. Basic things like veg pakoda was too oily and french fries was half cooked we ordered.

It was like as expected was comfortable, nice and the staffs even where too cooperative and understanding

No water in the Wash room and for the Shower, have to use toilet papers in the wash room, very advanced as other foreign countries, they won't use water for washing, they use only toilet papers, the same method adopted in Golden Oak Hotel, complained so many times no proper response, have to use some friends house for wash room and bath, wondering that that hotel managed , please arrange my payment refund to me,

Stayed for 2 nights Washroom functions were not up to the mark, especially the basin. Parking in the basement was extremely dirty and not maintained and was always filled with water. Service of staff is excellent, very helpful and cooperative at all times. The bar is a nice place to relax. Centrally located
