i have an option of late checkout complime tary, but reception said not allowed already. I have proof in my voucher but ignored by reception and quarreling not allowed

first experience location proper not guide me Every time wrong place mentioned instead of simple chowk and straight hotel , i thik before payment recive so hotel person diverted route and customer not reach hotel . Reception person evening was very rude and behave just like as road side man . customer not supporting Nature. hotel room not proper clean and room sige to small.

it's not worth thr money, don't hv even basic amenities, staff is rude, location is bad, stinks, arrogant owner thinks he owns the customer

It was an average stay. No room phone was available for communication. However, we managed it and the water bottle bisleri was chargeable but ro water was okay.

Overall average stay. Rooms were clean and bathroom was also clean. Location is not very far from station.

The place was really good,clean rooms, clean washrooms with hot water, WiFi was there,it was a really good place to be.

Room and it's cleanliness is good. There is ac and non- ac both facilities available. It's just at 10 minutes walk distance from raipur junction. It serves food only in morning at breakfast and no lunch, dinner etc. Overall good stay there.

The hotel is near the station. Taking an auto would be easier around rs 70-100. The hotel is good & nice stay.

Facility was up to the mark as promised on make my trip tv was working and toilet and bathroom was also clean with soap present and deodorant was also sprayed in room and and also bedsheet and pillows were neat and clean overall all nice experience in stay but i have faced only one issue that they denied to give the bill gat invoice of hotel

Management and staff were polite and cooperative. It was a good and comfortable stay at raipur next to raipur railway station.

Hotel and other services good but room services not upto mark

The location is a bit shady. Families might hesitate. They have 2 buildings separated by the road. Non ac rooms are in the building across the road. There is a caretaker like person posted at that building. The gate closes at around 10pm. I had ordered food at 11. 30 pm and the caretaker made me open the gate and close it and hand it over to him, all the while he slept. Talks big, that they will provide tea in the morning. But the man is nowhere to be found in the morning. The manager also said to find him myself. The room is small and have a gloomy ambience. Ola and uber will have difficulty reaching the location as it is on the dead end of the road. I had to walk till the main road and guide the driver as he was unable to reach the location considering the dead end location. The location has only hardware shops in the vicinty. Not a single stationary shop or restaurant in sight. You will have to walk till the railway station area to get things done. If you are in the city for any exam related purpose, please choose a different hotel, rather a different location than this place in the city. Will have difficulty in commuting at the morning of the exam.
