when i went to the hotel, they were initially denying me a room. then after some back and forth — saying yes, then no, and yes again — they finally gave me a room. even then, the drinking water was filled from outside in a used and dirty bottle. the bed was not clean and had bedbugs, and the overall condition of the room was very poor. overall, the experience was very bad..

it's a good place at a reasonable price, easy to find from the station. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean whereas the ground floor rooms don't have ventilation or windows.

Nice stay. Staff is also cooperative

Food was Good. Rooms are good but little less spacious.All other things are ok but not best. Comparison to Star rating given , it requires little more improvement.

This hotel has only advantage of close to railpur railway station. The bedding was not comfortable, bathroom was ok

The receptionist, ravi was an amendment fellow, not prompt, busy on mobile playing games instead of checking formalities. Hopeless hotel management. The room was shabby, even the bedsheets were moist. One star rating, if the hotel owner reads this he/ she should take action.

Room and there services and food is excellent

Washroom is not properly maintain, bucket is dirty, toilet flush not working properly, hot water not available, not a good space to keep single small traveller bag

Friendly staff, can order anything they have veg and non-veg. Observed that its a couple friendly hotel.

Neat and clean hotel. Good place to stay with pleasant atmosphere. Staff behaviour is also nice. I stayed 3 days with no any issues. Excellent. Kindly send the gst invoice of this trip
