The room was not clean and very old . Not maintained at all

Worst experience in terms of food. Only cost cutting. Hotel price is high but as per price no facility. Want money back

Poor experience, low food quality and quantity higher price, cockroaches in rooms and kitchen.

Tv is not working. No one came to resolve the problem, after 10pm no service, food quality was also very poor. No bathroom kit.

No any cleanness in room, reception person also not knowledge abouts book how can i handle it, cockroach in room, bad experience last also received

Hotel staff was not helpful rooms were not properly cleaned, bad smells from washroom breakfast is not good and also not on time

We have requested for early check-in by 9 but they keep us waiting at reception for more than 2 hours, they have allotted a room with a broken window lock after asking to shift from 11 o' clock they didn't shift our room and are also asking again and again that it's safe to stay with a broken lock. Also they shifted 1 room and when asked for another they are like we have already changed 1 room. As we were there for free stay. Terrible experience, not safe for females. Before check-in please check all the locks and windows are not broken.

Hotel is too bad service was too slow no proper wifi receptionist dont even know how to communicate with their guest they dont even have ac remotes pathetic breakfast

Location wise very good, but not comfortable from inside. Housekeeping service is very bad. Wifi not coming properly.

There is no cleaning in room. Bed sheet are full for dirt and marks. Gate lock is not working. Washroom are very small

Hotel location was nice room were also good staff was really supportive. Internet issue was there as wifi was also not working properly else everything is fine.
