The property was very outside. The room smells, towel is not clean, tv is not working. Only chineese food is available with limited time, food quality is not good. Total waste of money.

Room was not clean, swimming pool was dirty, not a single place was as shown in photos, ordered 2 cold water bottle but received only 1normal water , towel were dirty even comforter has food stains, lobby was smelling bad, again ordered 2 water bottles at evening but received only 1 bottle.

Not good
The rooms shows for booking are smelly and below average. Definitely not for family and location is very far not proper road

Poor Stay
The bedsheet was not fresh, cockroach in room, basin tap broken (loose, no tissue paper provided room service was too much delayed, extra pillow not entertained, no slippers provided. Food quality not worth, crockery and serving trays cracked and broken.

Good property wasted.
businessNo semblance of service. Linen dirty, not even water provided unless demanded. Reception phone non responsive. Thou g the property overall is be good, may be because of poor occupancy it's better to seek other alternatives.

Amenities and service is very bad telephone is not working in the room ac is not working properly, bathtowel is not available if we required we have to behind them

Terrible policy
Stay was terrible because hotel toilet pots was broken and we told many times to staff but they didn’t rectify. Major problem is they were charging for swimming pool but it was complimentary in my booking and they were also charging for tea/coffee but it was also in my booking.

Poor Stay
After check in and after 10. 45 no body was there to assist in reception and house keeping while, morning checkout time also no one was there, still i could able settle my dues with security guy and went back to air port

Poor Stay
Food was not good & room was also not hygiene. When i asked for pool they said that 500- will be changed for using the pool. Apart from that all was good.

I booked 3 rooms for 8 guests after looking at the property feature ( swimming pool. But we were not allowed by the management to use the pool. Management asked additional 500 rs per person. We wished to use the pool. Management declined our request. Pathetic experience.

They didn’t even provided us water and also their hot water tap is not working and the room was too small as compared to the pictures and no room service is available and also they wanted us to check out before the given time. Although the experience was very bad

Third class facility & unprofessional staff. Very disappointed after check in 3 time room change in 15 min a late night at 2 am disturb me by the staff.
