1- Not provided good breakfast ( only few item available on daily basis).as website they are showing bufe facility for breakfast.( wrong information given to customer) 2- Maximum time cable connection are deactivated.( after complene they are recharge the plan. 3. If guest are needed early morning tea or other items but not provided due to staff not available. 4. laundry facilities are very bad, my team members was collect my clothes after my check out,becoz laundry vendor not complete or handover with 36 hrs. I am not suggest to any body for stay in this hotel in raipur location.

the short heighted bald manager is very rude. the stay is good. food is expensive. charges 35rs for a 20rs water bottle

The hospitality was nice but the rooms are not as clean as it should be. we stayed in a room where the window locks were broken and the wall above the window was totally damaged I dont have pictures from the property

Excellent stay, prompt service, tasty food

Location is ok, food i didnt tried but facility wise hotel needs improvement. Room doors and bathroom doors are with gap, all outside noise comes inside. They are clubbing smoke and non smoke, i think some people are using facility to drink and create noise in the hotel. One night we have no sleep as neighbour room customers driking and fighting with loud noise whole night.

had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed. The room was comfortable and clean, with a lovely

worst experience in this hotel. Staff are not cooperative and my wallet is stolen from my room. Flush was not working, tv's are not working . Don't book any stay in this Hotel.

Staff were good, room was also good but food is expensive. Entrance was also good but space outside room was only ok.

Gap between main door and flooring to be rectified immediately. Lizards and other insects are likely to enter. Room no 107..walls are damp, lot of mosquitoes, toilet door not getting bolted from outside

Rooms are of decent size but they need to work on the cleanliness and plumbing of the washrooms. Water gets clogged and makes it dirty
