I stay in raipur near ghadi chok in swastik hotel it's quite good location you can find ac bus service from here to your destination because sbt bus stand

I stayed at hotel swastik recently and had a mixed experience. Despite the claiming parking availability, there was no parking space. The hotel is suitable for short stays for couples, but the washroom was disappointingly dirty, not matching the pictures. Stains were noticeable on the bed-sheet.

The hotel staff should be informed about the booking and room was small this time please insure to have a little bit larger room and one thing u can improve. The booking time. If one will report at 7 pm then for him next 24 hrs should be booked.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room and even in the bathroom. The bed mattress is so thin that it feels as if sleeping or sitting on a rock.

It was worst experience i had. I had booked ac room but was given non ac room with very bad odour. I could not stay and left the same day evening. Take action if possible on the hotel.

Dirty 3rd grade hotel and stay with terrible bathroom

Booked this hotel in expectation that it can be a saty with value for money. 1. No any hygienic practices related to covid 19 found. 2. Very bad room for the offer of deluxe rooms in the offer 3. No wifi shared 4. Dusty room given with no room service made. 5. The bedsheets has been changed after asking only. 5. Bad toilets unhygienic and terrible and ordinary also. You should experience yourself. 6. Dusty room and uncleaned toilets and that was a suffer for us. 7. I vacated the room on monday morning and the staffs have not asked or mentioned about any refunds for the rest of my days were 2 nights were still pending. 8. Unprofessional staffs if tou are looking for a good stay, then don't ever try to choose this hotel. At the same time, the hotel itself is cheating with the offer with their facilities for getting a good impression people. My rating will be terrible for this 3rd graded facility and money loss. Thanks

Room is not sanitized and very dirty. And hotel manager behaviour is very bad. They don't have manners to how to talk with customers. Near by hotel you can get many food areas and stores.
