Hotel helped us reach important romantic milestone. Staff was thoughtful about couple celebrations throughout. Clean rooms made our achievement truly special.

The worst stay I have ever had,no basic amenities like water supply in bathroom, housekeeping, AC is not working , no TV available in room,people working in hotel are careless and irresponsible,I reached hotel at 9PM and waited for 90min to allot room, that to worst conditioned.....I suggest MMT not to promote of associate with this type of hotels, this will affect the credibility of MMT.

I have been cheated in the name of hotel

This hotel is worst and it should be closed no support of staff is there and police did the raid here came into our rooms and fined the staffs should check the items we are carrying to hotel and should not allow anyone third person to distribute us this is the worst hotel and I have suffered a lot because of this hotel and it's managements the company should check their hotel timely and it's very very bad hotel I have to give -10 to this hotel ..

The experience staying at Super Hotel O Raipur City Centre Formerly Hotel Edge, Raipur, Chhattisgarh is very terrible. Although the room is big but looks like very old property and you could not give ratting for the staffs because there is no service boy and no staff excluding the reception counter manger.

Room standard is very poor nowadays, also the behaviour of staff has been changed as compared to earlier time. i had stayed in this hotel many times in last 2-3 years but now this hotel has became very poor and bad. only cost of staying is low but the quality is worst , no neat and clean and no good service, 3rd class.. Only poor couples can stay here

Verry bed experience No drinking water No bath towel

The so‑called ‘facilities’ are nonexistent – the rooms are in terrible condition, the food quality is extremely poor, the locks are broken, there is no Wi‑Fi service, essential bathroom products are missing, and the overall service is utterly bad

Stayed for two days – very disappointed. Room key was missing, so couldn’t lock the room. Breakfast (Upma) came after 1 hour despite being a diabetic and taking pills in advance. No nearby food options. Lift was dirty and AC made loud noise all night. Service needs serious improvement.

Very poor facilities, very bad experience ever faced in a hotel, no soap, no hand wash nothing in the room, taken recharge even for a complimentary water bottle, No room service available, no wifi working, asked many times for soap but never responded a single time. menu breakfast is not available,

As per selected room was not given to me, no facilities in the room. AC drain water dropped inside the room. No proper response from property owner. No breakfast provided 2nd day.

This is a very bad and ruined hotel. The staff is very bad. The staff is of no use. staff behaviour bahut jayda bekar hai staff ne kud hi excellent de diya apne hotel ko

Hotel O Raipur staff/management are extremely unprofessional. Despite booking on MMT and paying in advance I was denied check in. Had to fight it out for an hour and half with MMT support before I was given a room. It was a horrible experience. Never booking thia hotel again.

very bad first location is not accurate second drinking water not provided even after call for water he said will take 19 minutes because staff not available. not only this I booked room with complementary breakfast paid for breakfast but they denied for breakfast included in hotel tarriff, not only this badsheet is very dirty long hair stick on bedsheet when I complaint then they changed it in night l. very bad don't rely on make my trip.

Excellent stay and atmosphere also good. The room quality is good and I have not faced any issues with water, lights and room services.

I was charged extra at the time of check-in. pls do needful. while I asked why to pay then they told me if you will not pay then we will cancel your booking

Average experience with hygene and staff behaviour. Needs improvement. Room size ok Washroom ok but not clean.

Best experience at stay very comfortable and staff are so polite and humble. It’s was really a very good experience staying here do visit too.
