Firstly, the property is located right in the heart of the city, and I must say, the ambience is absolutely lovely and eye-catching. The person at the reception (I believe the caretaker) was very helpful and understanding. We were traveling with family and kids, and I really appreciated his polite and cooperative nature. However, the room itself was quite unhygienic — the bedsheets and blankets were not clean, and there was a dusty smell throughout. The overall ambience did not feel very family-friendly. The bathroom, in particular, was disappointing: it was smelly, lacked proper cleanliness, and the handrails didn’t function. There wasn’t a proper dustbin in the bathroom, only a common one in the room. The curtains were dusty, and the AC seemed like it could stop working anytime. There were also quite a few mosquitoes, which made the stay uncomfortable. Although the pricing is very affordable, I realized after booking that it might have been better to look for a slightly higher-end option for a more hygienic experience. That said, the property truly stands out because of the friendly and understanding staff. Their hospitality made a big difference, and I would especially like to thank the receptionist for his cooperation and welcoming attitude..!
