The property was at a very good location wrt communication. The service was awesome as well as the food. I stayed for 3 consecutive days but after checking out the next day I went again and asked a room for a very brief time just to freshen up and was ready to pay the charges involved, didn’t get one for the same.

Our stay at Marriott was quite comfortable. The place was pretty good and the staff were kind enough that even one of the guy at the reception actually upgraded my room. The breakfast buffet spread was huge and delicious. So overall my Stay was pleasant and happy.

It was an excellent 2 night stay with family. Very good ambience ..room was very comfortable ..staff is very cooperative and especially Ms Nishita the front desk staff was very humble and provided all help. Food was very delicious and bar Club 36 was an excellent.

Location is in mall area and everything available. Breakfast very nice with lots of variety. All amenities & services very good. We have initially by mistake given a wrong GST but later they considered the correct GST and reissued the invoice.

The location of the Courtyard by Marriott Bilaspur is good but the room service is not good. It takes 45 minutes to order food once. The breakfast and dinner facilities are quite good. Sagar cook is very active and it was nice to meet him.

The stay was comfortable and the ambience was good. The service at all touch points was very good. The spread of dinner is very good but I found the taste was bad and the paneer seem to be stale. Not tasting good.
