All things is not good. AC is not working properly and receptionist was not take care about this. After all whole night. I stayed without AC and lot of electricity problem in this hotel, so it is my opinion. My stay was very poor. Thanks.

Not according Marriot standards and room stincs. very old interriors.no response from front desk after given the feedback as soon as I check in. my suggestion is to avoid this property in bilaspur

The property is not maintained at all, there was no one to carry the luggage. They charged extra apart from the booking amount which was not mentioned earlier. This is a bad experience and the hotel has declined so much

Very comfortable stay

It was an excellent 2 night stay with family. Very good ambience ..room was very comfortable ..staff is very cooperative and especially Ms Nishita the front desk staff was very humble and provided all help. Food was very delicious and bar Club 36 was an excellent.

The location of the hotel is good but the room service is not good. It takes 45 minutes to order food once. The breakfast and dinner facilities are quite good. Sagar cook is very active and it was nice to meet him.
