The story begins from the reception. I been ignored even at reception . Bathroom kit not available properly. Hot water, cold water not available in the morning. No staff available to attend your issue. Breakfast included and also available but of very third class quality. I surprised why this hotel is 4 star.

worst Experience. Ac remote was not working, Refrigerator was in bad condition, Television speaker was very noisy and bad condition. cockroaches were roaming all around the room. There were bugs in bed, and also in the tea pot used to serve tea. Food and tea quality was tasteless. Manager and employee were very rude and mannerless.

The food was excellent. I stayed there for only one night, and considering the prices, it’s a good option for staying. Overall, everything was good, and there wasn’t anything particularly bad. However, our room had a bad smell initially, but it went away after we opened the windows.

Room bedding was dirty. We needed to change it. Toilet had only towel there was no soap and other toiletry item kept in toilet. Refiling of tea coffee kit was not done on day two, we has to ask for that. Spoon was not kept with tea coffee kit. On order of tea they provided luke warm tea. Break fast all item was not hot, they didn't kept puri told we will provide hot but it took more than 15 minutes to serve. Very poor service. We didn't taken images
