it was a one day stay but quite relaxing. rooms are previous with good interior in good condition. cleanliness is up to it mark and nothing to complaint about that. water provided as required. both packaged and ro. had just a lassi at night but price was reasonable. overall it was a nice stay.

Pros: Property station k paas hai (400m), checkin me time time nahi lagta jyada, me 5 days ruka cleaning roj hota hai. Ac room me ac chalta hai, bathroom bhi clean karte hai roj, checkout me bhi time nahi lagta jyada, aaspas khane k bahut sari dukaanen hai aap kha sakte hai gali se nikal ke. Cons: Bedsheets change nahi hota regularly, Ventilation kam hai , Telephone mere room ka kaam nahi kar raha tha isiliye reception per hi jake bolna padtha tha kuch. Note- Mineral water-20 rs per bottle Ro/Aquaguard ka pani- free. Reception pe acche se bol dena kaunsa pani chahiye mera ek baar 2 Ro ki jagah 2 mineral aa gaya , bottle se turant pata nahi lagta kyonki bottle same hi hai. Baki short stay k liye a thik jagah hai.

Budget hotel and not so much bea

The hotel at good location in a gali of other hotels. Room is ok. written toiletries but only soap provided and hand-was in executive room. They have not provided mineral water as complimentary which has written in room service. The cleaning is not up to the mark. The hotel manager is required to inform to do this. Can have lunch or dinner outside at a very reasonable price. I stayed solo and found it ok.

A room like that is definitely not a place you'd want to stay for long. Spending more than a day in such a space could feel exhausting and unhealthy. The lack of fresh air and the high humidity can cause discomfort, making it difficult to sleep or relax. You might start feeling fatigued or even develop mild respiratory issues due to the damp, stagnant air. If possible, it’s best to avoid staying in such conditions or at least limit your time there to just one night.

familyThe property is situated in the end of a narrow alley. The room had soiled bedsheets, but they promptly replaced it. I just wished i didn't have to request for such basic requirement. Otherwise, room was clean. They had hot water and ac was functional. I just stayed for few hours so can't comment on the service, but staff appear to be eager to serve. Bathroom had shower gel and hand wash dispensers. It doesn't have a dedicated parking spot. But i found a place to park my car in front of the property. Restaurant was not functional. The hotel manager is strict to his rules. There is no place of meeting visiters inside the hotel except the small reception and the management doesn't allow friends to be inside your room. The room was clean but small. The size of the washroom is ok. The behaviour of the workers was nice.

We expected little more from the hotel, but it was okay. Room was clean, and ac working. The hotel was easy to search because of hotel satkar. It was a small hotel, staff were helpful. Drawback was no window, very dim wall colours, and plain room. It is a nice budget hotel if you are looking for one.

Very poor comunication and behaviour

It was a poor experience and poor behaviour by reception staff, very low responce on room service. I had to wait 45 min just for a glass of warm water and had to reminded my order at-lest 2ic after ordering. Cleaning staff and service boy was decent. But it was very poor experince i hove nevr had such experience b4 in any trip in amy city. M sorry hotel grand royal i will rate 1. 5 out of 5.
