Very poor dirty and dirty smell there

It is very dirty Hotel. Forget about sleeping on bed. You will not prefer to touch it. Online booking is costlier than booking at counter. So there is no benefit of early booking Hotel has a lot of vacancy all the time.

Disgusting is still a respectable word for that Hotel.

Hygiene is not well maintained. Doesn't offer toilet items as well. The hotel can improve its services by providing standard goodness to the customer. Location is good but the maintenance is not good. So better to look for other hotels. This Hotel is not valued for money as well. The hotel can improve its performance by upgrading furniture and bed items. Wall is not properly furnished and unhygienic stay.

Don't go there otherwise you will die due to suffocation.

Location is good but not valu for money. They are upload the **** rooms photos. There are no Air Condition.

Rooms were dirty !!! I checked in a bit late but hotel staff was unaware of my booking. I had to show them all my booking details . Very mixed feelings.

Location is good near to station and easy to find, just on walking distance from station but other things are average cleanliness should be improve TV was not working properly need to check entertainment side in room other things were on average rate

Room not clean, pillow, blanket and bed seat was not clean they all items very rough and old, In bathroom not hot water and not good sauwer TV and Dish cable not work properly Room wall very rough and paint not good condition

Bathroom is non attached and cleanliness could be improved. 250-300. Rs is good price for this room facility. One night stay can be OK but not recommended for longer stay. Support staff were OK type and other services were also average. Location is good and near to railway station.

Worse experience first time to be very frank I have been travelling since 2 years and always I used to rate the hotel in a good figure whether it is good or bad but here I was very disappointed food was oliy cleanliness was very poor no bed sheet room was untidy, you people have to work over you hotel otherwise you will loosr your customers.

Overall a comfortable stay at hotel Standard rooms are not air cooled as written in the description of room. Location wise near to Station cleanliness is lit bit needed more. Overall in a great location as all the city available to near by food & taxi as well as auto just outside the hotel

Nice location. Very little distance from Raipur junction railway station. Room service is very good and also food providing by hotel is very tasty. Staff are well behaved. Good communication. Value for money.

The bad thing for this hotel is that they keep ID card in the time of check in and they never return it ... And we forgot to take it back at the time if chekout ... And the staff never recalled it. Due to that hotel have lots of IDs card with them ...

Hotel is OK Rooms are noon attach TV is not there Drinking Water is not good I think its not much good as seen in pics of add and not have proper services WiFi is not work properly Not like much.
