The stay was average this time. Room was not properly clean and blinds were broken. But service was good

Good location. Food was good. Amenities clean and service front desk was good and responsive to needs, While restaurant staff are kind and nice one thing that is unfortunately common in all Indian restaurants is that staff are not trained speedly and not bring items over peoples heads and shoulders. This training is required even here. This will prevent lot of accidents with hot food or liquids. This is a training issue not the staffs fault. Staff are very friendly and nice.

Checkin process: time taking and not proper. they gave me the room key and after 30 mins I had some one at my door with forms to sign. Rooms: clean and nice. Mattress: bit old and sunken. Food: Normal, no wow factor. staff: they seem to be under staffed at the restaurant and hence usual delay in any help that you ask for

Overall experience was good but the facilities and service which were there 2-3 years ago are not there now. Even if we talk about price and brand then the service is good but the facilities are not like before.

The property was good and well maintained as expected of Marriot however the F&B section it seems was not able to handle the load as there were instances of orders missed or delayed

My stay in Courtyard Marriott in Raipur was excellent .The room was very spacious with all required amenities, and the food was also delicious.We loved the gracious hospitality of staff and looking forward to visit the hotel again.

First of it being a Marriott I didn’t expect this many flaws in the room the hand pipe was busted and leaking,the washroom door was not getting closed the lock was broken,the tv had only STAR related channels… And the nite was not appropriate to talk too he was talking very rudely…. The next day after all this Complain’s the room was repaired but not with our permission the repairman visited the room without informing us,while we were having breakfast the person visited and opened the room and got the work done v had cash and gold kept in the room when asked why like this the reply was you didn’t put up the DO NOT DISTURD sign but the question was we were not in room and nor were we informed about the same. After all this the room was changed but what’s the use in the first place what do you all do when you allot the room to client don’t you check all the things
