Review Of Hukam's Lalit Mahal - Hotel/Convention/Club

Our stay at Hukam's Lalit Palace was very comfortable. The hospitality was amazing with good ambience. The property is spacious and full of greenary. Our breakfast was on alla carte basis and was tasty.

From the moment you walk in, the warm and inviting atmosphere sets the perfect mood. The food was exceptional; the [dish name] was perfectly cooked with a balanced blend of spices and herbs, while the [another dish] was a flavorful masterpiece. The service was attentive and friendly, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The prices are slightly above average, but the quality of the food 

pathetic….worst experience …breakfast they dont have buffet…they ask you and they will cook and it waste your full time

Service and Managerial level staff behaviour is very pathetic and arrogant. Breakfast served wasn’t fresh. Also pool was not clean and we were denied to use the pool for both the days & there is no pool for kids....

The staff there is non supportive The worst hotel in Raipur.

The hotel idle for marriage and other evant. Because at the time of booking the hotel is could-not mentioned its pure vegetarian property. Other things also not properly check.

Bed linen was old, requested replacement but even that was not upto the mark. Even lower cat hotels have better linen. Breakfast had literally nothing. It's okay to chose to be a veg only hotel but at-least keep a wide spread or just a decent spread. No bakery, desserts. 1/2 fruits not refilled for 1 hour. Bread for last year. Rotis from last century. Food here is antique. Staff is well meaning but can't help if hotel doesn't even do a basic good spread for breakfast. Toast machine wasn't working. Showers are not maintained. Water from overhead panel wasn't flowing properly. Rate of flow inadequate. Reception clueless about most things in the city.

Breakfast was below average

The breakfast was not at all good. Also there were damaged properties in the room. Also they felt that they treat people differently even though all pays same.

Great experience overall! Had a great experience, the rooms were comfortable and offered a great view.

The staff was very kind, the ambience and the beauty of this grand building was just perfect, the cartier club was just so relaxing and their food was very tasty. I had very good experience staying there.

Staff specially manager behaviour very bad and food quality also not good.

Location and amenities are very good. Nice property with good landscape gardens and good food. Welcome drink served by them is excellent

The property is good only for events and functions. Service is poor. No buffet as very few guests in hotel. For extra bed they provided a mattress on the floor

Very bad service. In-spite of giving the bad food thay were not accepting their mistake and not even saying that they will prepare it again. In-spite they were like pay us the bill first and they were trying to be violent
