Hotel O Raipur Railway Station Formerly Hotel Okasu

This hotel is a complete roadblock. There is nothing there. No TV, no towels, no cleanliness, no hot water, the manager does not speak to the guests. It is a very dirty hotel.

I had a terrible experience with my recent hotel booking. My booking clearly mentioned “breakfast included” but the hotel did NOT provide it. The room was extremely dirty and unhygienic.

The hotel was dirty. They didn't have the room ready. we were asked to wait at reception for an hour, then they provided us a room where air conditioning was not working. After complaining for more than two hours they changed our room. The new room provided was half the size of the previous one with bad bedding and the bathroom light was not working. Being fed up with all this I checked out at 09 pm

In reference to my above booking and complaint, I want to submit the following for immediate action. Being a esteemed customer of MakeMyTrip I booked the hotel at Raipur based on the picture and facilities posted on your website. However, when we physically visited the hotel at about 19 hours on 25.10.25, the scenario was just opposite. The rooms, bedsheet and pillow covers are in a very poor and dirty condition. No one was there in the reception area, after waiting 15 minutes one person with dirty clothes came and shown the room. There was no restaurant in the hotel, then how they could have served the complimentary breakfast to us. I have already narrated the situation in my complaint yesterday but there was no response till date.  We were baldly harassed and there was no other option rather to book another hotel.  the sub standard hotels like this are posting fake and fabricated pictures of their hotels and taking bookings. I have already yesterday requested for cancellation of my booking and refund the amount.

Worest experience air conditioner not working, room is dusty, dirty bedsheet

very unhygienic. bed was different. room service was terrible. there was no pillow. didn't Even given a water bottle.

Cleaning was good but power cut was the actual problem and they didn't even pick my call during powercut. Working staff was not good as I expect...

It was a terrible experience Lift was not working T.v was not working No battery inside the remote Cockroach all over No kitchen Washrooms were dirty No drinking water.. as water cooler was not working.. No generator backup 😭

Horrible state of the rooms, dirty bedsheet, pillow covers. Wifi wasn't working, the door lock for the bathroom wasn't working. It's worst than some of the cheapest lodges yet its rated as 3 star hotel.

After changing of property ownership services became very poor, laundry is not maintained properly, front desk people are also not customer friendly

Had a fantastic stay at Okasu hotel. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. The breakfast was delicious, and overall service was excellent. Highly recommend!

Ac was not working, we changed our room bcoz of AC. Also hotel is full of mosquito’s. Very bad experience

I stayed here for a weekend; it was so quiet. The beds were so comfortable, and everything was so orderly arranged. This is an ideal spot for a short journey!
