This Hotel Gagan Regency is located bang opposite to AIIMS Raipur on Great Eastern Hiways giving you access to both the city and the airport. Good spacious rooms with fresh air. Tasty food preparation and service with smile. Overall good value for money. This is my preferred hotel of choice in Raipur.

Comfortable Stay

Terrible Experience – Will Not Stay Again I had a very bad experience during my stay at this hotel. There were so many mosquitoes in the lobby, it was extremely uncomfortable and unhygienic. The staff was not cooperative at all and seemed careless about guest comfort. I expected basic cleanliness and hospitality, but was very disappointed. I will definitely not stay at this hotel again and do not recommend it to others.

Rooftop dinner is a highlight. Room service is delayed. Can include more nonveg dishes. Non veg could be served in Breakfast.

The location is Great , slightly away from busy Raipur City. Food - Good taste, good filling portion for one and fairly priced, quick service with smile 😊. I am a regular guest at Gagan Regency

Terrible Stay
The behaviour of staff is very rude. And the commode toilet is broken and no water flushing working properly. No proper hygiene is there in the bedsheet and pillows.
