The worst step i ever seen and the audacity, behavior and hospitality "the worst". I didn't stay there. When i demand the refund, they quarlled with me rudely and thretend me, being a new place to me i had to forgo my refund. Even though i received confirmation from make my trip gate way they denied to accept conformation. I advice make my trip team please don't "bluf " the customers and verify weather they got the abomination or not it is very disgusting and ashame that you robbed a sr citizen of india

Hotel staff denied to provide room. They asked for extra money in cash even after having prepaid booking. They are making customer fool

Very worst experience ever. Don't book this hotel.

The first impression I had the moment I entered was shady. Reminded me of Hotel Decent from Jab we Met. It’s nothing like the images posted on the website. I was given a room o. The 3rd floor and the stairs are quite steep and slippery in rainy. The moment You enter the room the sticky smell welcomes you. The paint is worn out and the windows are permanently closed (atleast in the room I was allocated) for obvious reasons (No couple restrictions 😝). The linen on the bed definitely needed more than a wash. Funny thing was when I asked for changing the pillow cover, they changed the covers duly but then I noticed something , these pillow covers were from Indian Railways. Was not aware of their tie up with this Decent Hotel. The tiles on the floor were an assortment of remaining tiles or the ones that were either taken from else where when discarded or brought discretely without the owners knowledge. There were couples freely moving in and out (faces duly covered with cloth and shades). On day 2 Had ordered for breakfast Bread Butter toast, well they took it too literally and toasted the bread to look and taste like one too. Overall it was The Hotel Decent Experience. I would not dare recommend this to anyone.

Not satisfactory

This property is located in heart of city and hotel staff is very supportive. Food quality was poor but cleaning was very good in room's.

full of mosquitoes in room 😒

They not clean the room also. This pendamic period staff behaviour is not up to the mark
