the hotel had to be asked for all accessories, like the water, ashtray, toiletries, the hotel was once a good hotel and loved to stay in it but now it has become a terrible exp to stay.

The hotel room was full of cockroaches and in very poor condition. It was a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. I strongly advise against booking this hotel. We found many cockroaches in the room — on the bed, in hidden corners, and even in the bathroom. After complaining, one staff member sprayed HIT, but it ran out quickly, so they just pretended to spray. The service is extremely poor. This place is not suitable for families or anyone else. If you want to save your money, do not visit.

they had given me. a suite room and it was a horrible experience. there were ciggerate buds in the bathroom and also a towel used by an earlier guest. the entire corridor was filthy. simran hotel was never like this. it has gone down the drains
