Location and Facilities were good but food (breakfast) was not upto the mark

Rooms were not clean, blood were their in bed sheets. Ac was making sound. It was Horrable experience

Quality of food was worst looks like they made it in some hurry totally tasteless. Service was very slow .

Good clean rooms, rooms were big and spacious, good area and locality, they charged us for water which was a bit disappointing but other than that it was a great stay!

The parking area was inadequate, and the sandwich I ordered for breakfast was poorly prepared. Additionally, there were mosquitoes in the room

It was an awesome stay here. Location is best. rooms are systematic and very good. Washroom was neat and clean with ceiling fan inside which do feels airy during summers.

Location, staff and food are were the highlights of our stay. Rooms were clean and everything worked the way it should. Do visit the Magneto Mall which is at a walking distance from this hotel. Full marks in all departments !

The executive room was fine. However, the AC was not working properly. The room was still warm. Switching the ceiling fan on made it worse. Also the TV was not functioning. Apart from these two issues, the room was fine.

Location, ambience, food, staff behavior was excellent but there is certain electric issues at night, so need to improve that. Otherwise overall experience is good.

i had a very disappointing experience with my recent stay. i had booked a super deluxe room well in advance, but upon arrival, i was downgraded to an executive room without any proper explanation or prior notice. this was completely unacceptable. the executive room lacked the amenities and space i was expecting, and it certainly didn’t match what i paid for. the staff seemed indifferent to the inconvenience caused, and no compensation or sincere apology was offered. overall, a terrible experience – i would not recommend this hotel based on how they treat their guests and handle bookings.. customer care person committed for some discount voucher due to this hotel behaviour. very disappointing experience, but on arrival, the hotel downgraded me to an executive room without any prior information or valid reason. the executive room was nowhere close in terms of comfort, space, or amenities. it completely ruined the stay. adding to the frustration, for this unacceptable behavior by the hotel. however, i haven’t received any update or resolution yet. this kind of service is completely unacceptable from the hotel would not recommend this hotel and very disappointed with how the situation was handled.

The stay has always been fantastic with the Shamrock as I am a frequent traveller and usually prefer Shamrock greens for the stay. The ambience is quite good , the environment is friendly , the staff are friendly and most importantly, the front office manager Mr Ansari is now a friend after frequent visits. I would say the hospitality overall in the Shamrock is just awesome.

The washroom had a leaking flush. Room was average. Male staff were horribly rude and hospitality is extremely poor. I would not recommend this place for people expecting good service and friendly hospitality.

It was a great stay. They also agreed for a late check out. Room was nice and clean with good view and ambience.
