The mattress is spring loaded which is not that comfortable, in another room lighting are not that good, in one room We didn't get the Landline connection so that I can call the reception counter for any order. overall good according to the price.

It was a good experience, just the food prices should be reasonable for the guests. Considering other aspects it was well maintained, hygienic, standable and situate near a market which was making it helpful to afford other basic and needful requirements.

Good Stay
This is my second time in Sudesh . Being a female solo I feel safe . It's clean , good & friendly staff always ready to help. Break fast buffet is pretty yummy. Overall good experience . Will come again.

ac is not working, the room is not as shown in the picture .also the bathroom floor level is completely off ,thus water gets accumulated

Room was good, only issue with tv it was not working properly and sometimes room service was too slow and need to wait for 30 mins hour for any staff.

When you book your hotel in advance, you expect a comfortable stay and food service, but I'm very disappointed with the service of hotel and manager's behaviour.

Poor Stay
The stay was okay. But thr thing is the room they provided had windows which had malfunctioning issues, i pointed it out to them, still no actions were taken on the same, also the room cleaning staff was very irregular and did not gave a satisfactory serivce

Room is average build , quality of the mattress is very poor extra bouncy and uncomfortable bathroom was not clean , although staff was humble and gatekeeper is a good man

breakfast everyday is the same, including fruit, non veg breakfast not available in the hotel , bed bugs in the hotel ....I informed. staff sirvce is very good ...

Good Stay
Raipur being state capital, the location of the hotel is excellent, welcoming staff is polite, rooms are clean along with clean bedsheet and towels provided. Mine was dual single bed requirement which suited me. Breakfast with limited choices was prepared tastefully. Therefore 105 was overall good wrt the money spent. The only few thing could have been better were outside window cleanliness and provision of flower pots maintenance of bathroom fittings, mug bucket and provision of working tea cattle with cup.

Cleanliness was okay. Staff was helpful. There were no hangers in the bathroom. They didn't give a new dental kit as well. Overall stay was average.
