The geyser was not working, internet was not working, even the telephone wasn't working, they didn't asked me for breakfast, provided only one teabag, although the person who attended were nice, but what I can do with his nice behaviour if they can't provide basic facilities

electricity power cut at around 2 am in night and resumed at 9 am in Morning and there was no backup. attendant and Management was not aware about power cut and electricity department people said that they informed in advance before 2 days. Why would they take booking in this situation. whole night of saffocation and suffering without electricity and windows also not openable.

Comfortable & easy stay with generous hospitality team. Only bed mattress need to be replaced, brest size, furniture was good

Location: anyone travel-ling in and out of the airport or some working sales guys, suggested to stay. Otherwise, avoidable.

Very good place for stay in raipur food is really awesome taste i love this place.

Pros 1)location is good 2) the staff are very good. Hem-at was excellent in customer service. 3) had to change my room 2 times. First time as the washroom door was not closing and second time as ac was not working. Cons 2) 1)they don't provide free bottles 2)they don't provide complementary breakfast to kids 3) no unlimited breakfast. You can have either uthappa, dosa or idli with tea or butter milk. Only one plate per person 4) the distance to the restaurant is far. And you have to walk out for 10 minutes, to reach there.

Location is so good. You can spent your good time with your family. Multiple option for launch and dinner like haldiram and kfc.

Magnetto room was excellent, i and my friends enjoyed a lot, but i would like to suggest that a full time in house dining should be opened.

Hotel was hard to locate inside mall, rooms were stinky, bed sheet were dirty, no facility of lunch / dinner

This is a kind of guest house with a care taker. However, not a hotel, though i paid equivalent to the cost of hotel. The care taker advises not take hot water in hot season, when i asked for hot water in the bathroom. They have fixed separate geyser in each room. But is hidden. I had to tell him that it my choice wet-her to use hot water or not. The bed and pillow are over used. They are shrunk. Also not fresh. It does not a restaurant. So, breakfast is not available. I advise travelers choose a hotel over this guest house.

Clean and tidy rooms. Staff is very supportive and courteous. It was so convenient to go to mall for shopping, and come to room for a break.

When i went to the hotel room was bad smelling. I asked for change the bedsheets and other clothes the manager denied it. When i requested for change the bedsheets he replied you may canceled the booking

Hotel is located at city but far from railway station and near to airport rooms are quite near and clean

The rooms are above the mall. So the noise keeps coming in the night. And there was some repair work going on all through the night in one of the showrooms. There is no full kitchen in the hotel. Except breakfast you don't get anything. Move down to the mall, to have food. Rooms are clean and are value for money

Very good location & safety for family staying

It's not a hotel. Just 10 rooms on the top floor of the mall. The rooms are definitely a value for money. It doesn't have anything offered by any hotel. No full kitchen. So dont expect food. You get just omelette or sandwich for breakfast. There are just 2 boys looking after everything. Expect noise at night as there is a theater and restaurants below. Plus we had to suffer drilling noise as there was construction work going on in the shops nearby.

Rooms and toilet are very clean and well maintained. Staff is equally courteous

Nothing was provided even water bottle was not seal packed mattress are very bad staff does not respond
