Worst Experience Ever – Not Worth the Price at All! My stay at Rajwada Resort was extremely disappointing. The staff and reception were careless, and completely unprofessional. The room was tiny, poorly maintained, and the overall ambience was terrible. The floor of the passage was muddy and slippery, making it uncomfortable and unsafe to walk. The phone in the room didn’t work, and every small need had to be followed up repeatedly with reception — either they didn’t respond at all or responded very late. Despite informing them thrice in advance about our airport drop, no cab was arranged. Because of their negligence, we missed our flight and had to take help from another guest who was leaving the hotel. The so-called “family cottage” was in a remote and unpleasant location, not suitable for any decent family. Even basic essentials like shampoo, oil, and towels were missing. To make things worse, the price is extremely high compared to the poor service, small rooms, and overall condition of the resort. Totally mismanaged and not worth the money.

nice stay for the solo travelers and cleanliness can be better .food was fantastic.staff was good.telephone was not working.parking space is good.and location is near to airport and vip road.overall is nice experience.

Food.. average Location - near to airport but far from heat of the City. Facility- geaser was not working during my stay. Light was also off that day. I am one extra star for royal Rajwada look of the hotel.

The stay was awesome, the resort is located in the outer fringes of the city, towards the Airport area. But the Property is constructed like a Royal palace. Quite impressed. One point if I want to mention is that the taste of the breakfast menu could be a little better. Otherwise excellent, well recommended. Also, there is place for hosting parties, get together etc.

Hotel was good , however extra money paid during booking for complimentary breakfast and airport drop was not provided. I can understand that it is hard to give break fast at6.am however being a hotel near airport, airport drop service should have been provided.

From outside this resort looks good but the rooms especially the bathroom have a very poor drainage system whenever you take a bath the water comes out to the room. Also their Wi-Fi is not stable and reliable so beware if you are planning for a work meeting from their. No mobile reception in the rooms

Very friendly environment and all facilities available and feel royal so I am very much satisfied and pool also good. Breakfast is superb

nothing seems to be working at that hotel. TV - Not Working AC - Took 20 mins to cool Shower - installed over the wash basin Exhaust - was not working initially but eventually worked Smell - it appeared that you are in the kitchen. all the smell from kitchen was all over Mobile Network - Barely available Food - Not Bad Staff - courteous Location - Average View from Room -Awfull Toiletries - Dental kit not provided, poor quality soap / Shampoo / Body Wash Wash Room - water was not available for a while. Bed Cover - Very old was yellowish Curtains Tracks - Broken

Bathroom ceiling started leaking when it rained, no hot water came from geyser, way to room had construction debris

Resort was good , rooms were clean and staff was very polite and the food was good and everything was perfect

Very average experience. Unclean room and bathroom. There were empty bottles in the fridge from probably the previous guest's stay. Unclear communication from staff regarding cab availability. Food was very bad and the lemon soda was stinking of something.
