This is a nice property within a housing society with great facilities at a reasonable rate. Though little away from city centre and markets it is a quiet place with its own restaurants and bar as well as other amenities.

The food quality and cleanliness need improvement. However behaviour of staff and service is very good . Location is good around 3 km from railway station and less than 1 km from AIIMS.

By the time the water was made available i was already late for my conference, so i vacated a day early never to return again. Moreover some renovation works are going on, so there were disturbances till at least 9. 30 - 10. 00 pm
