The service is very poor. The staff is rude. Food is unhygenic. On the day of my check out, i left early morning @ around 8 am for work and re-tuned back by 2pm. Even though technically i had to check out in the evening about which i had already spoken on the very first day to them and to which they agreed toh saying that "no worries mam, that's completely fine, still in the afternoon @around 2pm the reception and then the general manager told me to check out and that since its past 12pm i would be charged the rent for the entire day. Not only the floor staff but even the person who called himself the general manager doesn't have manners to talk. I told them clearly that this is just not acceptable, refused to pay a single penny extra and checked out in the afternoon itself although my train was scheduled in the evening. Now let's talk about the food. The tea is pathetic. I had ordered for a chicken fried rice and i found a hair in it. Next i tried chicken biryani which was super spicy. Also they don't even have courtesy to provide water without asking. Cleaning of rooms is not instant & you have to keep pestering for it. So overall the 2 days i spent there were terrible. Would never recommend anyone to stay there ever!
