Good part: Hotel is next to railway station(we have entry from platform 1. Worst part: cockroach’s in room, water ponding in bathroom and wash area, no hot water, cigarettes smoke all around, request to mop bathroom took 90 minutes due to no staff

It was a brief two night stay. Nice cosy room, hot water shower, AC, TV - all working well. Safe stay adjacent to the Railway station, heart of the city. Never felt insecure even for a moment. Staff is helpful, supportive, prompt. Price very reasonable. Fully recommended for all, especially solo women travellers.
