Room and hotel staff are very good in terms of service. All the amenities are property provided and working fine

it was a well deserved stay with good friendly staffs. love to check in again sometimes... again...

The hotel is in very good location and everything is reachable locations...... Kindly do visit the hotel for a wonderful experience......

Overall stay was excellent, all the staff are very courteous and polite, the only thing which needs attention is their breakfast spread.

Subject: Feedback Regarding Breakfast Dear sir, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While the overall stay was comfortable and pleasant, I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast service provided on the day of my checkout. Despite breakfast timing being mentioned as starting at 7:00 AM — which is standard in most hotels — the breakfast was not ready even by 7:30 AM. I waited patiently for over half an hour, but nothing was made available. I made multiple requests, but he was not offered even a basic option. When I asked for tea, he was told it wasn’t ready, and eventually, I had to leave after having only coffee and bread. I took some muffins and croissants in a parcel as there was no other option. What was most frustrating was the lack of clear communication and repeated excuses. When I requested a dosa, he was told the pan was not hot. For medu vada, he was informed the oil was not heated. Every time I asked for something, his reasons was “the chef is busy,” “the stove is not hot,” or “the order is still being prepared.” When I requested tea, he was told there was no milk in the hotel. However, I clearly saw a milk container in the kitchen. Even after pointing that out and requesting tea again, he was told it would still take time. Only coffee was available, so I had that and left disappointed. This experience left a very negative impression, especially since everything else during the stay was pleasant. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure such situations are avoided in the future. Thank you for your time and understanding.

The app clearly stated that check-in was at 12 PM, but we weren’t given the room until 12:30 PM. At the property, we were told that check-in is actually at 2 PM, which was confusing and inconvenient. Additionally, we were charged an extra ₹1000 for a small stain on the bed, with the explanation that special chemicals were required to remove it. They also seemed to charge extra for every small thing, which felt excessive.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. The food was decent, and the amenities provided were very good. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

Very nice clean and modern property. Just that has to call each time for water bottles, which they gave only one bottle a day
