Subject: Feedback Regarding Breakfast

I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your property. While the overall stay was comfortable and pleasant, I am extremely disappointed with the breakfast service provided on the day of my checkout.
Despite breakfast timing being mentioned as starting at 7:00 AM — which is standard in most hotels — the breakfast was not ready even by 7:30 AM. I waited patiently for over half an hour, but nothing was made available. I made multiple requests, but he was not offered even a basic option. When I asked for tea, he was told it wasn’t ready, and eventually, I had to leave after having only coffee and bread. I took some muffins and croissants in a parcel as there was no other option.
What was most frustrating was the lack of clear communication and repeated excuses. When I requested a dosa, he was told the pan was not hot. For medu vada, he was informed the oil was not heated. Every time I asked for something, his reasons was “the chef is busy,” “the stove is not hot,” or “the order is still being prepared.”
When I requested tea, he was told there was no milk in the hotel. However, I clearly saw a milk container in the kitchen. Even after pointing that out and requesting tea again, he was told it would still take time. Only coffee was available, so I had that and left disappointed.
This experience left a very negative impression, especially since everything else during the stay was pleasant. I hope you will look into this matter and take appropriate steps to ensure such situations are avoided in the future.
