Pathetic hotel and not a resort
familyFirst of all it’s not a resort. When we visited the place it was freezing outside and hotel didn’t had temperature control. They just had a small heater which wasn’t effective. During the check out there wasn’t anyone around. Had to wait for sometime to just handover the keys.

Good Stay
The house keeping man had good behaviour, the towel designs wear very nice, hotel room was clean, toilet too, the food is average.

familyRoom no 222 & 221 is very low standard, bathroom is not clean, restaurant workers is not provide sufficient food as our dinner included in tariff.

It was a terrible experience. The category of this hotel in your site is a 5 star but request you to please go and check without noing to the property and see what is there as 5 star. From room maintenance to food to lobby and lift all are like 2 star. Nothing is good. As there was

Excellent Stay
Good spacious, clean rooms. Clean and spacious bathrooms. Courteous and helpful staff. The gm mr naveen was extremely helpful with our airport pickup, stay and local travel. Location is a little far from the town, but it is a peaceful area with splendid view from the room.

Location on good height which never need a fan
Almost on top side of gangtok. Great view of hills and clouds from balcony of rooms. Nice reception with smile when they receive guests. Welcome drink. Spacious nice rooms. Tasty and wholesome breakfast. Great buffet arrangement for dinner as well. Arranged car for sightseeing as well. Receptionist was very energetic.

We stayed in tashiling hotel from may 13 to 15 view from the hotel is superb. Food, hospitality, rooms and cleanliness were great. It is a little far from the gangtok town, 15 min drive. However, we had a wonderful stay here.

I had one of the best stay in tashiling residency. Warm welcome and all are too good. View from hotel was amazing with 1st class service and food. Keep it up tashiling and will visit again soon.

Good hotel, very nice courteous staff, huge rooms with all amenities. Food is good but mostly veg options and egg, no non-veg items in dinner buffet. Location is little far (2 km) from mg road but you can cover the distance with 300 rupees taxi. Very nice lounge area, pool, jacuzzi etc on the roof
