Overpriced for the facilities

Towel was not on Good Condition Bed Sheets are not good, Hotel electricity get challenged when hotel is Full. We are in Group and Hotel is full my Room electricity was not working

My overall experience in hotel was not good, lacking many basic needs and essential facilities which any hotel provides. Food was not at all available. And even after booking near about a month ago, I faced difficulty in getting rooms, as I had booked 2 rooms. I got one in 1st floor and the other on 4th floor, very very poor hospitality. I hope for a better service next time. Thanks 🙏

Good, comfortable stay, good hospitality of the staff

Stay was peaceful. Staff was polite and attentive. They were informative for new visiters to the city. Could be more efficient in their work.

Not value to the money

I had a very easy check-in. The staff was great and extremely helpful. The room was well maintained and clean

The service is pathetic and bedheet was not cleaned. There were no water bottles, tooth paste etc in the room. The towel was wet.

Good stay supportive staff Very good location, nearby every thing is available. Public and private transport easily available, neat clean eooms

Stay is ok, they should add complimentary breakfast in this budget. Room electrical connection and hot water to be developed.

It was on outskirts so no refreshments facilities, only depends upon zomato. Room was smaller and no basic facilities like shampoo etc available. Even in the lobby area they switch off the air conditioned it was like a village hotel

Room and washroom cleanliness is maintained and cleaned on regular basis. The hotel staff are very polite and well mannered.

Before 36 hours of reaching the hotel, i was booking a room in the hotel homestay dwarka. But when i reached the hotel, the hotel management said the room was not booked with us. Then i call customer care, and then customer care calls the hotel. But the hotel staff says no room is empty in the hotel. Then customer care gives me another room, almost 5 kilometres away from this hotel.
