TM inn Hotel provided good stay in kanchipuram. The room is excellent, bathroom are hygienic, clean . The staff can communicate in multiple languages, the staff are very good, supportive. From TM inn all temples of kanchipuram are easily accessible, near to all shopping centres. The breakfast provided is very good, hygienic.

Stayed 2 days, good location but the roads are a little cramped. Restaurants and shopping are walkable. Security guards are very professional and good. Feels a little pricey considering they don't have there own resturant/food options. But ok considering the place. Entire kanchipuram is cramped everywhere. Be a little cautious on moving around the place since locals have no road sense.

the room power was off in the middle of the night fortunate the power cane back, but next day the power could not be restored mid day when it was hot and steamy

Very bad experience - Service is horrible.
recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite informing the staff in advance that we would need a late check-out, we were blindsided with unexpected extra charges upon departure. No one mentioned that there would be fees associated with our late check-out request, which felt both unfair and deceptive. Clear communication is key in hospitality, and this lack of transparency left a sour taste in our mouths. I expected better from a place that promotes customer service. I won't be returning, nor would I recommend this hotel to others.

Unhygienic rooms

Good facilities, staffs and rooms. Breakfast not served in hotel building
the hotel facilities and staff are very professional, clean and well equipped rooms. The only thing I did not like is that breakfast was not served inside the hotel, they will provide a coupon and we need to go to a 350m away hotel regency. this was not expected.

Very bad experience
Room is very small, bathroom was stinking, both bath shower and health faucet were not functioning properly, i can say not worth the price

familyNice stay with family. Property is situated in main city with good connectivity. Ample parking space for car parking with security. Whole property as well as rooms are maintained quite well, neat and clean with great ambience. Clean washrooms with all toiletries. Completely value for money. Good location and good staffs. Enough car parking. However, the rooms are very very small, bathroom is clean but bathroom water stinks, unfortunately the last floor room leaks if rains. Overall not a pleasant stay

Extremely dirty
They q ere not prepares for our stay they swir hes us from one room to another 3 times the second room they put ua in q as not cleaned it q as extremely nasty qith hair all over the bed and no qindows in the room and smoking is allowed they even have a match box in the room qith a smoking tray
