RB Grand Residency

The location is really nice — Saravana Bhavan is in the same compound, and several famous temples are within 5 km, which made sightseeing and dining very convenient. However, a few things could have been better: Dental kit was not provided. The bed and pillow covers had visible stains. The shower fittings were not in perfect condition.

Good value for money with a great customer service. Even though the hotel facilities are a bit old, it served my purpose of visit.

Below average, rooms were dirty and not sanitized properly. Not recommended for family.

It's a shabby hotel and so expensive for that. Sincerely you must not come here. We get used to travel in all asia and it's this kind of hotel you have it's a shame. Anyway it's a roach motel where you can see in the hall ... a rat. What to say more ...

Neat room, clean pillow and bed cover, good hospitality, especially night shift receptionist was very kind

It was excellent, rooms are clean, for food there is saravana bhavan next door. Staff is good, polite and helpful.

Property looked good in pics but it was not at all clean. Sheets were suppose to white but they look dirty. Just arranged to look good. poor maintenance.

After returned from a function at 11. 00 pm the room didn't open. Then the attender entered into the room through the window and then opened the door and entered into the room at 11. 30 pm (1103. This makes us very unhappy. Then we asked to allot another room. In that room also the ac water drained inside the room (1104. So, we have entirely suffered in staying at rb palace, kanchipuram.

It is just an average stay. Hotel is not maintained. When checked in towel, soap and one bottle water was provided other bathroom accessories were not provided. Ac was working but second day had water leakage but room was immediately changed had to pack all the stuff and move to another room. Overall just an average stay. Food i have not tried in hotel.

Hotel location is good. Service is very poor, starting with reception one of the staff members sleeping at the reception sofa, when we entered he was not even bothered to get up, reception place was not clean no one was there to carry the luggage, when it comes to room, beds are okay but for 4 members they gave only two pillows, when asked for extra they denied. The washroom bucket has a thick white layer, the wash basin tap was leaking. Overall it is not recommended for family staying. Haven't clicked any photos,

The rooms are big but bathroom is not clean. Water problem. Plus the hotel is in the highway not in kanchipuram town

The stay is fine but the restroom is not good, the sheets needs to be clean, but the room is comfortable.

Hotel rooms were okey, but lacked few basic amenities - 1. No geyser was available. Hot water tap was there, but water was not hot. So early morning bathing experience was bad. 2. Only 7 pillows were provided for 9 people, that too after requesting. The pillows were too thin as well. Had to struggle to sleep.

The service was very bad. Ac was not working. Reception was unmanned. Though we booked for 3 days, we vacated after one night only. Service very bad. I would not recommend it to anybody.

Hotel is 5 kn away from city . if you have own vehicle, convenient for travel to all temples In Kanchi. stay is comfortable. Food can be from neighborhood restaurants.
