The rooms were spacious but very less ventilated. Very smelly, and they did not provide blankets. There's no split AC but window AC. And that too was very noisy. Very bad experience with the stay.

The property is located in a good location but does not have any restaurant so we have to order online or eat out side. The staff is not professional and very curt. The manager is very pleasant though. If it is possible then you may skip this for your visit to kanchipuram.

The room was not as it shown in the picture terrible place to stay but couldn't do nothing about it. Service is disastrous they didn't even offer a water bottle in the room. Must say its a dorm rather than a hotel.

Terrible. My stay with family at heritage inn kanchipuram is the most horrible thing. No proper maintenance all old things kept in the room. When i checked with the concerned person he was telling this hotel is the oldest hotel in that area and they are maintaining all old items. No internet no tv no hot water no proper mirror. It was a very bad experiance for us to stay there. I don't suggest any of my friend to stay there.
