Poor service late , lazy staff ,blankets are wet?,I saw insects also . Toiletries not provided properly. Demanded for extra deposit too after fully paid

We had a very comfortable stay at Selva Home Stay. The owner was extremely friendly and welcoming. The hotel is conveniently located very close to the temple, which made our visit even more enjoyable. The rooms were neatly arranged, the AC worked perfectly, and Wi-Fi was available and stable. Hot water was available 24/7, which was very convenient. Although our group was slightly larger than the number we had originally booked for, the hotel staff were very accommodating and did not raise any objections. Cons: There is no fridge or in-house dining facility, so we had to rely on external food delivery services. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend Selva Home Stay for anyone visiting Kanchipuram.

when we are going to checking they asking additional 500 rs I told to then I already paid with tax no additional money will not give u ..finally they r agreed very bad experience

The property is located near pachhai vannar temple. And other temples like pavazha vannar temple, kamatchi Amman temple and Ulagalantha perumal temple are also at walkable distance for youngsters. For senior citizens you can take an auto to visit these temples. The manager of the property is calm and polite.

Amenities are all good.. Service was same as home.. Location is near to Main road.. traveling to places was easy

The property is quite small overall. While it has two beds, the bathroom area is also very cramped. The surrounding space within the room feels uncomfortable and restrictive. Additionally, basic amenities such as toiletries were not provided, which was disappointing.

There is no name board. Inside the room furnishings not sufficient. Room and hospitality good.

Service is bad. For 4 person room 1 blanket was provided. Even asking for many times we didn't receive that blanket for 1 and half day. Hotel is clean.

We had a wonderful stay at selva. The team responses are excellent. The rooms are very neat and in a prime location.

As for as accommodation concern it's good. Location area entry is not good( street) food we have to go main area minimum 1 km. Amenities in the room inverter available as far as my room concern.

Stay was good. Team is kind and cooperative. It would be better if there is name of the homestay and board to locate easily and if the staff can provide water bottle and kettle in the room. Otherwise the rooms are good.

we have booked two rooms here, very neat and clean rooms, provides lift, heater, giving extra beds, also this homestay locates nearby railway station and kanchi kamakshi temple, giving 5/5 worthy 👍🏻

Very easy check-in, caretaker so friendly and helped arranging safe auto for all our destinations within kanchipuram. Watchman so helpful and got us medicines when we needed urgently

There is no kettle for making hot water for drinking, the room is dusty. The surrounding area is not like a city. No videos are taken.

Loved the stay, clean and neat, with geyser, ac, water fans and extra room, good service, can stay peacefully. Here are the photos
