Staff was very helpful and polite i was unable to find the vehicle they helped me to reach the designation room was ok overall nice place to stay

1. We booked for 3 people. Allowed 3. However, room is very small and no place for 3rd bed. We managed it. 2. Cleaning: cleaning is done after room is allocated. 3. Need to remind continuously for extra pillow, bedsheets etc. Overall, its a place to just sleep and go. Not a comfortable stay.

Room was small, Staff was courteous, neat and clean room. Little away from main city. Seems little over price at Rs 3500

Worst stay not at all hygienic it wasn’t nice at all ...service was bad for one hour early check in they asked 1000/- and they dint even provide extra bed since I had book for three dint even provide water bottles it was just terrible

I conducted a thorough review of the property via mm t and personally inspected the food and services. Unfortunately, i found that the property lacks adequate housekeeping services and a functional service pantry. Also too much rate

Place was horrible. No ac, no water, ev charger is also not working. Waste of money. Done.

Air conditioner not worked i had notified this to front desk, they keep on saying it will work in few minutes but it was not worked after several time i have raised the concern they have given another room, it was frustrating for sometime. Apart from this other things are ok.

My stay in the first light inn, kancheepuram was not great. The ac was not working properly, the toilets are not clean, the front desk person was not courteous. Over all my rating is average only

Horrible hotel. No hot water, horrible house keeping. There is only one front desk staff for the hotel. You have a problem - there is nothing you can do. You will get sorry as the answer. The front desk guy was helpful. Stay away from this hotel.

It's a highway hotel room is ok rooms look like a smaller ones for that amount well maintained many eat out place s at a walkable distance

I checked in very late hours. However i still got the required support from the hotel. Room is clean and good. Hotel also looks clean and good. Excellent.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting
