Hotel Adhi Residency - Cleanliness & Friendliness Room VL Varadaraja Temple

The AC is not working properly. The room is small, and there is no water bottle available.

Located near temple. Easy access to find out stay location. I took rooms for 5 days. Day -1 they gave me a room and next day asked me to change the room. The reason is because of availability of room they gave me another one instead of actually room. My taught was what is the reason for advance booking with full payment in advance.

Nobody was there at reception, he came late after 30 minutes, too much waiting time, the reception person was very cruel, reluctant to talk politely,highly recommend not to go here if you have some self respect.No recommendation at all

Hotel stay was average. At night time there was a ac service disruption for 1 hour. The room charge per day did not match with the quality of room provided. It is overpriced. It should cost maximum 1200 per day.

Location wise very good, cleanliness is also good, but AC is not working properly.room is not cool after we set the temperature to 17 degrees also Bathroom mats are worst.

It's very close to Lord Varadarajan temple and it is easy to have Dharshan at the Brahmosthavam Festival,(Garuda Seeva)

The property lack transparency related to cost. Customer should ask towel. There was no growing kit available in room, I have used my own kit. Bed spread was torn anu pillow cover. The switch box were not covered properly, this show lack of safe. The hotel néed to improve with the above parameters.

Power gone. Generator on. AC was not functional. The Manager did cooperate his level best. We went there purely based on reviews. Little disappointed.

Had a nice stay, friendly treatment. No car parking option at Hotel, but they will take care, They parked near by hotel. Rooms are costly comparative to size and facilities.

Comfortable stay and very helpful staff. very very near to varadharaja Perumal temple. There was one idly shop next to hotel where you can get Jain food (without onion and garlic)
