Sir location good. But iam booked single room, but check in time they provide double room. Rooms in location diff then they provide photos. Bed is not clean, bath room clean after 1 hour. Security of our belongs is our risk.

the washrooms weren’t clean bed sheet had oil stain no soap or shampoo provided room had insects fan dint work properly toilets had a lot of stains it was very bad experience… not suggesting to anyone to stay … very poor service… no water bottle

the location is ok.. it's near to bus stand... but rooms were horrible..... 😖 all room corners were spitted with gutka.... (room no. 203)🤮.... when I told the hotel manager he didn't responded well... and u smoking is allowed inside the lodge premises... which is discussing... I have to breath such polluted air for three days.. totally it looks lesser money for room... but it's not worth... totally horrible experience. it's horrible. the room is so dirty. every corner was spitted with gutka. even in front of bathroom and on the mat. when i told to manager they didn't responded well. even smoking is allowed in lodge premises... but in ur rules it's saying it's not allowed. just respond man... simply don't send messages. just don't do this nam ke waste kam... just respond to my message

The stay at the swastik lodge was very comfortable. The location is good and the staff is also. I would like to visit this hotel again in future visits

This is to inform you that the hotel booked for the date 30th of jun e at check in 11 am was not that satisfactory in terms of benefits that hotel has promised like the tv. The bed sheet was not maintained cleanly, even pillow to was not at all clean hence made me so uncomfortable. As the belgaum weather had a cold weather due to the continuous rainfall the hot water at every lodgings it should be a mandate to provide but hotel denied the service, still i waited to check for 1 and half hours to rectify the service but of no use as there was no ray of hope for the hot water. Hence, this may be a continuous bad experience Non provided items- no towels, no hand wash placed in the bathroom and no bath soap. Here are the attached images of the bad maintenance with the bed cover, pillow and no tv. And the bed was so hard and hence it was not nice for sleeping.

No parking. It’s a center of crowded market. Small rooms

Rooms were ok. Not very clean. Toilets needs some improvement. Towels were not provided. Only advantage is very good location and proximity to other roads.

Room size was good with cleaning bed but washroom was bad. Very dirty wash basin, no shower, no bathroom stool. Also no towel, soap was provided. 24 hours hot water was a good addition. Location is decent as it's close to bus stand but then there are others which are even closer.

The rooms are clean but the room service is poor the location is long. The staff is good, lonely feeling due to less traveller stay
