The rooms is not what it looks like

Poor service room dity toilet kit not available

The worst kind if stay i ever had, fans not working, flush not working, towels not clean (in-fact used towel was provided), no soaps, charging socket not working. I booked a breakfast but it was not provided sating that they dont have kitchen

The hotel staff was rude there was no water for half a day. There was breakfast mentioned so I booked with breakfast which cost me extra and there was no breakfast at hotel and the hotel staff told me to go hey breakfast from user highly disappointed

where is my refund

No water in room... no water supply in washroom..imagine. ..AC not working...no water bottle...no amenities whatsoever... pathetic to say the least.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The AC in my room wasn’t working properly and was leaking water onto the bed. I requested multiple times to change the room, but they refused. They didn’t provide basic amenities like a towel, soap, toothbrush, or toothpaste. They were using old plastic bottles to refill water and giving it to guests to drink. I feel like my money was completely wasted. That’s why I left after just one day, even though I had paid for two days through MMT.

I booked the stay with breakfast but they do not have any kitchen. No breakfast was provided during the stay for 2 days. The property is messy, filthy bedsheets, broken door knobs, very poorly cleaned washrooms. Would not recommend to anyone to go there.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I had booked a *balcony room, expecting a comfortable and pleasant stay, but the room provided was far from it. It was *poorly maintained, with a *strong stinky smell* that made the stay unbearable. The level of *service was equally unacceptable* the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns and did nothing to resolve the issue despite repeated complaints. It was clear that guest satisfaction was not their priority.

Terrible Experience Worst hotel experience ever. We were left waiting outside on the road as the gates were locked and no one was at reception. The lift was also not working. Basic amenities like soap and shampoo were missing, and the receptionist was rude when we raised concerns. Absolutely avoid this place!

The rooms were bright and cheerful, making my stay very nice. The location was very convenient and easy to get to.

The location made it easy to explore the area. The hotel was very calm. Great for relaxing.
