It was pathetic, when I reached at hotel, i was told that there are no empty rooms and they sent me to there another branch and it was pathet Place i booked for 4 days but due to unhigenic place i have to leave next day, stinky room lizard on the bed , pathetic.

we had a business trip and just wanted a nice and quite place to sleep at night and a sober breakfast in the morning. Everything went fine until we reached out to the hotel staff to ask for the breakfast as we had free breakfast included in our booking. This was a shock for us when they said there is no breakfast available, cook is not available and the staff would make some aloo paratha if we waited for 30-40 minutes. we were getting late and had to leave without having breakfast then.

Bellmore Stay is good ... The room is nice..also the staff is good, and the Location is very good.. Besides the hotel, everything is nearby

The stay was good. Thankyou make my trip and hotel shiv-aye residency for bringing this experience to us. Few things were not balanced but manageable so no issues with that. Looking forward to many more bookings in future!

I have booked this property One month ago for 28 guests in 10 rooms in which they have assured to provide extra mattresses in 8 rooms. Issues - 1) They have changed my stay just one day before informing me they have not checked for booking I have already paid full amount so I was not left for any choice to arrange another accommodation for my guests in last moment. 2) Water leaking from AC. 3) Rooms do not have lock keys. we got keys for only 3 rooms out of 10 rooms. For remaining rooms, luggage was at risk. 4) Extra mattresses was not provided in any room. After several request they arranged 5 extra mattresses. 5) Complimentary breakfast was arranged very late and in insufficient quantity for 28 guests. 6) Drinking water facilities is not available. We have to arrange drinking water on our own. 7) Kitchens of each floor are used as their storeroom, that means you cannot use kitchen. 8) The worst thing was property manager will not receive your call once he know guests have checkin the property doesn't matter terrible conditions guests are facing at property. 2 caretaker were available but they were helpless One was helpful because he don't drink.

No water to have bath in the morning it was terrible...No LED TV in the room...didn’t get the complimentary cashback for early checkout

Property is beautiful and the staff was polite and helpful so my overall experience was very good and would love to choose this stay again.

no service called them 4 times for water and towels but they didn't deliver it, so I had to get it from the market even the food was not delivered on time the service was too bad at this hotel never gonna stay here or never gonna suggest anyone worst experience ever 😪 . it was terrible no service nothing called them so many time just for a towel nd water but nobody replies and when i went down t9 get it even though after that they didn't give anything not wver water bottle they even not deliver the breakfast at time

Well maintained and courteous staff. The rooms were clean and well maintained. There is an option to use the kitchen, should you want to prepare your own meals. Very conveniently located.
