Staff made my solo adventure truly memorable. They cared about my experience and room was absolutely perfect.

Both kids and parents loved our stay. Staff knew how to please everyone and room was comfortable for all.

Everything else was good, but please ensure that non-smoking guests are always allocated non-smoking rooms. It would also be helpful if the hotel could consider requests for an extra bed, even if check-in is delayed. Additionally, accommodating such requests would be a great plus. The room size felt a bit small.

very bad management and service , I booked the trip thro MMT at some rate but then the manager as soon as we entered he started asking extra saying that their room costs more than what we have paid and I told him it's none of our concern you shouldn't treat your guests like this you go and complain to your online platform. Also service is so poor we literally had to wait 1 hour for water that too we had to ask them we literally had to ask them towel and soaps too All over the place was good but the management and service was shit

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. I strongly advise against booking any property listed as a "Townhouse" and based on my past experiences, the quality is consistently poor. I would have never made the reservation. I booked with a prepaid booking that included a complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the hotel staff flatly denied the breakfast, claiming it wasn’t listed on their site. Here’s a breakdown of what went wrong: 1. Under-construction hotel: The property was still under construction and lacked essential facilities, including a proper restaurant. This should have been clearly mentioned upfront. Additionally, should have conducted a proper quality check before listing such properties 2. Room issues: The first room I was given had a malfunctioning AC, forcing me to request a room change. 3. Bathroom problems: The room I moved to had leaking health faucets, resulting in water flooding the entire bathroom. 4. Unsafe furnishings: The wooden furniture in the room had sharp edges, which I wasn't aware of until I accidentally hurt myself. 5. Breakfast issue: Despite having a prepaid booking with a complementary breakfast I was denied this service. This raises serious questions about the credibility 6. Misleading hotel name: The hotel was listed under a different name than what appeared —what was shown as "Townhouse OAK Sarusajai Stadium" was actually "Hashtag Inn." This caused confusion and made it difficult to find the hotel. Overall, this experience was far from pleasant and has severely diminished my trust It’s frustrating to have valuable time wasted during a trip due to poor service and misleading listings. I would strongly recommend others be cautious when booking

First of all, when I reached the location I was told that I had to pay more for the room. I booked the room at 1780 and was told at the location that their room rent stars from 2000. They had some error in their systems and by some mistakes it was showing less. secondly , the room that I booked from MMT had a complimentary breakfast but later on when I asked for it , they denied. These are some cheap tricks that they used. I am not saying that rooms are bad but for 2000 , u can get a much better place than this and with complimentary breakfast. So, I would suggest people to book somewhere else.

Good rooms good service, location is also good close to city area rooms are normal priced and staff are very helpful.

An absolute pleasure staying at this hotel. The staff and room were very clean; the AC worked well, the TV was good, and the hotel Wi-Fi was good.
