Worst experience I have ever had, worst staff, terrible rooms. I will suggest not to go in this hotel.

Charged double amount by hotel and not giving receipts

they didnot accept .took extra money. made to wait for 45 min in reception. no adequate staff .ac was not working. sorry to say this.thank you. ☹️. in the hotel only 3 people are working. no dress code to identify who is the staff. looks unsafe for female to stay...in room, all furnitures like cupboard and drawers were not working.. done.

The hotel staff was very understanding and cooperative. However upkeep of the rooms was not up to the mark. Water pressure in the washroom was very low. Bed linen was stained. Wardrobe door was broken.

The property is located at green park extension, very near to metro but the hotel is at the 4th floor. There is no lift to reach the fourth floor. There will always be chances that u will reach tired to hotel after travel-ling and climbing stairs with the luggage will be very tough task. There will not be any help provided by hotel guys. Once you reach you will see that they are selling water bottle at higher rate ( your tiredness is opportunity for them to earn money ). After so much difficulty once you see room you will be more frustrated as the rooms are very bad. Acs are 25 years old. Room will be very dirty and washroom will be very unhygienic. Very pathetic i felt.

Room was not clean, first they offer me room that was very dirty, incest was roaming around and also bathroom was not good too, flush was broken. 2nd room what they provide was not clean too, bedsheet and pillow cover was very dirty, not clean properly, hair was everywhere on bed and bathroom exhaust fan fall down after sometime of use. Overall experience was not good.

Is good but some repairing in bathrooms

No problem in finding the location other than that nothing is good about this hotel.

Very smelly and congested premises please avoid if u can.
