Staff behaviour very bad You mention the complimentary hours , but they not accepted the required.

The stay was average overall. The location was convenient and the facilities were decent. However, food and service could be improved for a better experience.

Property was nice, window locks are brokened, washroom not clean condition, ac cooling very low( complaint given but not resolved) room smell not pleasant

poor facility staff’s behaviour is very rude

Staff is not good, language issue. Not bother at all relate to good hospitality. Food is not good.

not a great stay but good nearby all shops are available and easy transportation available there feelings will be like 5 star hotel. but breakfast is worst

good stay hotel and very hygiene hotel's clean environment, delicious food options, and overall positive experience. 

stafs attitude wasn't good. we reached there little early before the check-in time but they didn't allow us to check in and asked for 1/3rd of the fare and though the room was vacant.. and we checked out early also by 9 am..this is not a fair practice

It was so good and hospitality are perfect the only hotel in kollam with good hostpitality and its was a good experience

We thought it would be a pleasant stay but it wasn’t. Restaurant was not that great and did not have enough Menu. Geyser was not working which is very when we travel as family since there are elderly people.

Location is in the heart of the city. Didn't take food from there. Rooms are ok. Service can be made better.

Didnt get morning kit. Totally average stay

Staff was arrogant, they provided contaminated water bottles in the room.

room was well maintained,but the staff should be more courteous. need more training for them. The table given for us was dirty
