Room was dirty. Lift dirty and carpert inside lift was very old and had bad smell. Bed sheets not clean. Bathroom had smell. Bath towels not clean. Only good thing was location.

stafs attitude wasn't good. we reached there little early before the check-in time but they didn't allow us to check in and asked for 1/3rd of the fare and though the room was vacant.. and we checked out early also by 9 am..this is not a fair practice

We thought it would be a pleasant stay but it wasn’t. Restaurant was not that great and did not have enough Menu. Geyser was not working which is very when we travel as family since there are elderly people.
