Good ambience. Clean room and bathroom. Only location is very difficult. But that's in front of lakes.

Very bad experince. Dont fall for backwaters ws this property doesnt have backwaters view. Very filthy rooms. Dirty badsheet. Very small room. And the front desk guy is also rude and horrible. As a traveller i would strongly not recommend it

First of all location is too difficult to find, bathroom is not clean ac is damaged, bathroom is not clean and when i tried calling them landline is out of order

Property is calm and clean. The room is kept clean. Lot of potential if they develop the property further. The staff is well behaved (only interacted with one person. There was no kitchen in the premises. They will order food for you or we need to order from outside. Wc was faulty flush was not working properly, shower pipes were too much tight. Ac was not working.

Though the resort is good it doesn't have restaurant nor any restaurant nearby. For the basic needs one has to travel few kilometres.

I paid 2900 for the room, but didn't met my expectation. I think they provided worst room in the hotel to us. Room was not able to lock using the key. Room and nearby places had bad smell. Most importantly, how can we call it as a resort? there was nothing to categorize it as a resort.

Great locality near back water, great view neat and clean room and bathroom. If you want to stay away from city noise just book this place great resort.
